9 day fast starts tomorrow...

My weight loss goal for the 9 day fast.

I have not seen my parents in almost 4 months and they are coming to visit in 9 days. Therefore, I am going to go on a juice fast for the next 2 days, and then water fast for 1 week. I want to lose approximately 13 kilo by November 22. I know it's a lot of weight, but I am going to exercise everyday and be very dedicated to achieving, or coming very close to this goal. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
