I'm ready to do this I'm back up to 180 but obesity will not be my future it may be my past and my present .. I hate the feeling of failure so I'm staying strong and starting over ... My mom toke out a picture from when i was in high school I weighed 125 and i look great and that was only like 2 years ago how did i get this fat ... SO my mom made a bet with me that if lose 20lbs that she would send me on a vacation .. I can never pass up proving someone wrong or proving that i can do it so i'm going to juice fast and work out .. I have a exercise ball and a stair stepper and 2 pairs of weights so I'm ready to do this .. I'm going to show her and my family . I need all the encouragement that i can get I will be healthy and happy again ( :
