Haven't blog in a couple of days but I"m down to about 178 ... I feel great even though i had a slip up a couple of days ago still going strong ..Some one left me comment saying i should juice more vegetables I did yesterday and I did notice a difference . It curbed my appetite and i feel great . so I'm off to the store to get
vegetables . Thanks to everyone who gives there support it really does help (:
