How Saturday Went+ Using Vita Biosa
Sunday morning update.
Good Feelings over Creativity.
Bowell seems to be holding,
not getting worse.

It is exhiliaring to Create.
I got to Staples and used the HP Kiock
for a few hours after working most of the day.
I was starting to obsess.
I was losing time.
I feared I would not get down there
and that I would be stuck just as I was the weekend before,
a whole lot of work, but no time to prnt.
I did print.
Make some progress with a greeting card for PS,
and did some prints for her.
I made a Mock Up Booklet that I can use as originals.
The HP KIOSK does a wonderful job of printing.
I still have to figure out the landscape, rotate, back to back.
One Flub yesterday.
Ashley helped me.
So mice to be greeted with a smile when I arrived!
More this morning.
It rained. Soaked through about two inches of Rhimax sheets.
Frustration: Desire to clean up as well, but more energy to
see the impact that do it.
Cleanup will contnue through Winter.
Bowel seems to be getting some results from
a product called Vita Biosa
a Probiotic Fermented Herb Mixture.
I got this at the Dr. Jensen Centennial event.
I want to find the card of the woman who turned me on to this product.
I feel good about it.
There is also one for plants.
I want to see how kEEP the BEET likes it.
I also taking Quiet Digestion from Health Concerns
and Six Gentlemen from Health Concerns.
I want to look up Foxfarm.
That seems to be the trick for a growing medium for KEEP the BEET.
I hope all my things out back under the Olive Tree are O.K.
with the tain. I had them covered with plastic drop clothes.
I want to make Peace with H. It is too difficult to live this way.
Clearing is needed.

Vita Biosa is the result of the fermentation of a uniquely formulated mixture of aromatic herbs and other plants in a selection of lactic-acid cultures combined with sugarcane molasses.
Vita Biosa is a probiotic treatment: it contains live microorganisms whose effect is to restore and maintain a healthy microbial balance in the digestive system. Dosage
