Gratitude: 8:43 PM
First Blog coming home from the Whole Being Weekend.
I am savoring and coveting precious moments now to
write.

Gratitude to have these moments alone.
Gratitude to be able to come into the house
with little unsettling or distracting feelings or thoughts.
Adriana met me outside. We pulled up together.
We asked if I needed any help bringing things in.
First I thought not. I was only carrying in a bag of groceries,
my Nikken comforter, My Naked Juice schachel,
and my camera.
I want to settle into many good feelings
before being drawn into the week's activities.
Oh Thank God that such an experience as
the Whole Being Weekend exists.
It is a Divinely inspired activity that has been
going on since the 70's. My first Whole Being Weekend
was in 1982, I believe.
This was one of my most difficult weekends,
and yet there are very satisfying memories.
The Whole Being Weekend is a place where
the feminine feels safe and free to express.
Hugs are the nature of the place.
The Weekend ends in a crescendo of outpouring
of appreciation.
The Angel Wash is a highlight for many:
Two lines facing each other. In the middle
one person goes slowly eyes closed. Each person
on both sides gives nurturing touch and wispers
words of appreciation directed at each person.
I generally go through the lines. This time
I was holding the space for a few spots in this
Closing Ceremony where I wanted to be my best.
I did not want to overextend.
It was a difficult working through the details with
Peggy Sue Fisher, but we finally decided on
words I read. Then, I gave the benediction at the end
on grapes that Robert held high. I called for prayers
from everyone in the spiritual path closest to them.
Then I blew the Shofar.
I spoke spontaneously. It was well received.
We had four crates of grapes.
The direction was to feed each other.
Everyone really got into that. It was surprisingly satsifying
and delightful to touch so many lips and receive a grape
from so many. That was my Angel wash.
Lourdice was in profound tears when I came up.
I asked for permission to give her a hug.
She was weeping as I held her.
Many people, over the years, can be touched like that
by the Closing Ceremony at the Whole Being Weekend.
My Prayer would be that those of you reading this
have such an opportunity to be experience what it feels
like to share in innocent love with a between 100-200 people
who have gone through two and a half days together
at the Whole Being Weekend.
What a satisfying feeling to self express
and guide the weekend to spiritual heights
and emotional opening.
I will reprint the words that were in the poem.
It is 9:00 PM now.
I want to take a little break and see how my photos
have uploaded.
There is a series of a lovely couple taking in
one of the Seven love Cures. I made a new friend
in Alex Charish and her sweetheart Bradley.
It was a very special moment
between us.
I find it is highly satisfying to be able to enrich the
love life of a couple through the Seven Love Cures.
Bradley wants a set of the poems.
