Tv'S on CArdio Equipment

You know whoever decided to attach a TV onto a cardio equipment thing is a genius. I was watching "don't forget the lyrics" tonight and because I wanted to see if the woman made it to the million dollar song I had to keep going!!! GENIUS. So instead of going for 30 mins as planned i went an hour hahahaha MARVELOUS!!! but now my knee is killing me. I really hope as my weight melts away that my knees somewhat improve. No one wants to hear the grinding of bone on bone. I know I sure don't want to feel it!

Anyway the gym was totally dead. I could get use to friday nights at the gym. Hopefully with a bit more energy as all I did was cardio today. Oh well it all counts and I'm very much starting to see the results. YAY for results, great motivation!
