Back at it
starting back up
Date: 9/9/2008 10:03:53 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1378 times So after a week of slacking off (not feeling good) I'm back at the gym i've managed to up my eliptical time from 15 mins to 45 mins. It helps to get lost in a tv show and not look at the clock. Clock watching is EVIL when doing cardio. TIC...............................TOC so slow!!!
Anyway it feels great i've lost about 20 lbs now i have to reweight on the weekend (aunt flo is in town) and that scews my weight as i always seem to gain like 5 lbs.
All and all back on track eating good. Started a food journal so the dr can figure out why i've been sick but its handy cuz it covers off what i eat and i realize things i sneak!
Not much to write today. Just glad to be back at the gym!!!
