Did some more cleanup tonight.
Put the LH stuff away in a neat binder.
Lots more Notebooks to go through.
Here is a Whole Life Expo Binder + requesrt letters
for time slots and space l
for other shows such as the Unity and Diversity shows
of the 80's.
I am not sure what year I bailed out of the Whole Life Expo.
I am looking at some 1985 letters.
The World Peace Celebration Declaration of Interdependence
was written in 1983. That was an eloquently written document,
and yet, when I look at a letter in December 1985 to Leeland Stewart
of the Unity and Diversity Council
who was producing a show that December, I feel embarrassed.
A different head set between writing poems and
asking for space on a program.
Not much of a negotiator.
A number of agreement letters.
The early Whole Life Expos with Alan Goldman were among my favorites.
More to say on this.
Archives contain some of the first programs.
I will toss out much of this
and also save some of the original programs.
I would like to see these online, scanned in.
These are part of the history.
People I would like to see again:
Shirin Strauss: program director for some of the early
LA Whole Life Expos. because a dear friend.
Alice Hoover: She worked one of the shows, maybe more.
Became a dear friend.
Closing Ceremonies: I added those to some of the first Whole Life Expos in Los Angeles.
They were a highlight of the show for many.
Some of the those flyers exist.
Will toss out many.
