water fasting

Day 1 began today at 7:30 PM. I can no longer stand the binging.I've gained 30 pounds in the past five months. This isn't even about losing weight though. It's about gaining control of life after losing control to food. After I have completed my fast (not sure about the length of my fast)I want to embark on a raw food challenge.
