I just wanted to encourgage you on your water fast. I am on day 39 of a 40-day water fast. WHile i did have some juice on a few of the days, I didn't have any food of any kind. I have one more day to go and will actually extend my water fast for a couple more days.
I didnt lose that much weight, I was about 20 pounds overweight and hated that i couldnt exercise because of serious health issues, and when is started my fast i weight 197.5
I had alot of fat on my body, especially in my belly area and i really hated that. I also have IBS and migraines and I also have lumps of fat all over my body. WHile people cant see those, I hated them. Now, I am at 164, so i lost 33 pounds. In addition to losing that weight, I now feel better because I can now walk down the street without that little belly. Granted it wasnt big, but it was there...
The bumps in my body are much much smaller, and that is amazing. In addition, my lower back problems are much better; I have serious degenerative disk disease and hip dysplasia, so the problems are still there, but better than they have been in the past year. And, no IBS problems, and NO migraines, which went completely away two or three days after I started my fast.
I think the fast to do IS the water fast, because your body will start scavenging for things to eat and it will select the dead cells, etc., and your body cannot do this as efficiently when you do the juice because you are providing you body with calories. Best of Luck, Rangdrol in MOntreal.
