Day Three - my resolve is improving
It was a good day. The day went by fine with only a little thought towards food.

- Had every intention of doing the SWF with my new salt, even made up the SW the night before, but I let the time go by and missed my window of opportunity. So drank a cup of laxative tea instead. Realistically I need to wait until next week to do it when my schedule will be back to normal and won't have to leave the house so early. I need a 1 2/2 - 2 hour time period from the time that I drink the SW before I can hit the road. I'm alread getting up an hour earlier than I'm used to so getting up even earlier to do the SWF would be pusing it. I wonder would it work if I set an alarm drank the SW and then lay back down for an hour?
- Managed to drink 6 cups of lemonade for the day, one on the way to work, 4 while at work, 1 in the evening. Can't seem to get past the 6 glass mark. I had to force myself to drink the glass at home. By the 4th glass I really don't want anymore. I have to force myself to keep drinking. Maybe I need to make a batch with just limes and alternate, or save the lime mixture for evening. I'll try that and see if a little change will help.
- Also managed about 50 oz of water. Not quite the recommended amount that I've read on the MC support boards, but not too bad. According to what I read on the boards the suggested water intake is half your body weight which means I should be drinking closer to 75-80 oz. of water a day.
- The day went by fine with only a little thought towards food. When I started to feel hungry I just poured myself another glass of lemonade or drank some water. I need to get a bigger cup to leave at work. I've using the 6 or 8 oz disposable coffee cups that are in the kitchen so it seems as if I'll never get through that kanteen. At lunch I went to the public library and wandered around for a half hour to help keep my mind off of eating.
- Three eliminations, just like the first day. I dont' remember having any on the second, but that's not to say that I didn't. The first two were at work. Now that I'm past the first day the smell is not as bad. I'm always hoping that when the urge hits the stalls in the bathroom will be empty. Between the odor and the noise it can be embarrasing. On the first day, my first elimination, the smell was so bad that I had to do two mid flushes just to prevent the smell from permeating the bathroom. It was a smell that would make you think that person must be sick. It's better now. I can go in there silently do my thing, flush immediately after, and no one's the wiser. Now the killer is around 5:30 to 6 pm when the morning tea takes effect. The cramping is just killer. I've been trying to follow the advice I've read about only steeping the tea for 5 minutes, but it hasn't helped. Hopefully as the days pass, that too will get better.
- I drank my tea and went to bed. It was a good day.
