Date: 7/25/2008 7:34:08 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2049 times I started this blog to motivate me. I've read what people have said about juicing and I thought I would give it a go! I'm only 18 years old, but I'm still way overweight. I've been like this pretty much all my life so I actually want to know what it feels like to be thin. I also need to start getting better eating habits! I fluctuate betweeen eating 1 small meal a day, to eating several large meals and snacks in between. I LOVE food as much as I HATE exercising! Hate is a strong word, but I think would be appropriate for how I feel. Anyway I'm going to finally stop procrastinating and set an actually goal for myself! I have to admit though, its gonna be hard for me. This is a lifestyle change so I shouldn't expect it to be easy! Anyway, last time I weighed myself a couple of months ago I was 180, but lack of movement and erratic eating habits have probably brought me to 185 :( Still I hope I can get to my goal weight by next July when I go to Italy and meet all those fit Italian guys :D
