Fluids
Main source of fluids will be spring water. But I will occasionally drink natural sparkling water with no additives. Distilled and tap might also be consumed. All be list fluids consumed will be listed daily.
Extra
Daily journal updates with once a week weigh ins.
Read daily and challenge mind with puzzles.
Hygiene
Teeth – cleaned with benzoyl peroxide and brushed twice a day.
Hair – washed with salt water and rinsed with apple cider vinegar. Sometimes tea will be used to wash.
Skin – washed with limited amounts of soap but most days will be cleaned with oil scrubs of coffee, salt and sugar.
Deodorant – will be applied sparingly. The first two weeks and then will stop using deodorant.
Exercise
Stairclimber 15 minutes daily and will increase five minutes after second week.
Yoga Daily for 15 minutes
Weight Train 3 X’s a week

Of course their will be weight lost
Clear skin
Not exhausted or stressed.
