Head brimming with things.
Need to dedicate time to cleanup.

Ate some beans and tortillas.
Braggs Olive Oil + some Braggs Aminos.
Chef Jem had his kefir, home made
from raw milk.
I asked Chef Jem to let me khow where he is at
He told me he has no desire to go out like for July 4.
He wants to build home. What a delight to here this!
I am tired now.
Lots of other things we shared in conversation.
I could nap again.
I want to see what I can do to clean up some more
Spent some time with P last night.
He was drumming. I went up with my shaker.
It was wonderful not saying anything much,
just sitting in his Mind.
Lots of new songs.

Broken into.
Going through piles of laundry.
This is good.
Hi old friends, good clothes.
I am hurting.
Put me in charge of parting the Red Sea.
I could at least take a try at that.
But this, this hurt of lost, grief, mouring.

I want to use this day wisely.
My room is a mess.
This is a Priority, cleaning it up.
I gave yesterday to followup with images of Sara Snow,
a delightful woman who is making her mark as a hostess of
environment programs.

Sara has a strong background in health.
She is the daughter of Tim Redmonds, one of the key players in the founding
of Eden Foods. Eden Foods offers very high quality organic foods.
The company was influenced by Macrobiotic thinkers. Macrobiotics thinkers
understand how the principles of the Universe are reflected in food. I met
Michael Potter, another of the key players in Eden years ago at the Natural Product Expo West.
I met him at a Demeter gathering. Demeter does quality control for Biodynamic foods.
You do not get much higher than Biodynamic foods when you are out to eat foods
grown with integrity.

My head is brimming with followup ideas from yesterday RE:
The ULTIMATE PLANT LOVER book that I want to put togehter for HCI.
Questions rise: How closely do I need to follow the formula for the series?
I have numbers of Enchanted Garden ideas I want to see reflected in this book.
There are questions I need answers. Gratfully, I have Larissa Henoch, graphic person
for HCI, who is on my team. She is a plant person. She sent me seeds to plant.

I could make a laundry list of things I would like to do.
I wish I were more competent at delegating.
Delegating takes slowing down, really slowing down to make systems
and infrastructures. This is not my strongest suit.
My strength is in other areas, although I can do this.
Laundry List?
Best start with doing the Laundry. NOW.
I also spent time yesterday picking up a new Blackberry Curve.
I will wait today and see what Apple comes up with RE: The New Iphone g3.
I would prefer the Iphone, but I want to know that the range of reception
is as good as the Blackberry. The woman who turned me on to the Iphone
Did not seem to have that good reception. The voice sounded tinny.
