Did SWF again this morning. It never ceases to amaze me how such a simple solution can do such a great job! and without the pain that comes with chemical laxatives! Salt water flush rocks!!
I am so motivated and totally in the zone! I can't believe i have gone for three full days without any food passing these lips! aMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Just goes to show what you can do if you put your mind to it!
I tried the master cleanse before and didnt last a day but i know now my mind wasn't ready to do this. No cravings yet this morning.
