Date: 6/3/2008 9:09:34 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2759 times DOing a little better today. I did eat a little last night, Salad. I know I should not have but i did. GOt on the treadmil for 30 min and went swimming for about 20 min.
Today seems to be goign a little better. Did the treadmill this am for 20 min. I feel a little more motivated today. Todays weight 155.0 I lost 1.5lbs. I am still craving food but, it is not b/c I feel hungry, I think it is habit.
Yes, I know we need food to stay alive but I know I eat 90% of the time when I am not hungry at all. I have alway been on to think of food 24/7. Normally I will be eating breakfast thinking what will I eat for lunch, and when I eat lunch I think what will I snack on later and what will I have for dinner. I am hoping this fast get me out of the habit. I will say it again, It is an addiction!
