so ill get up in the morn at whateva time i can and swimm all the way to 8.45. then change and rush for my body combat and abt (abbs butt thighs class) then id rush to the yoga centre and do yoga til arounddd 6 then rush backkkk home for body combat and dance again. sleep at 9. soo i wun feel so f***ing damn tired. this rushing here and there iss like a break in betwn. just hope my boobs dun disappear frmmm al these exercsie. okk id ill lisen to hardcore rock and pop punk to keep my spirits up. so this is the first plan i made and yea i ammm sure gonna f***ing stick to it
