I'm looking to regain control of my life by eliminating all my addictions

I will be starting my 40 day water fast on the 6th June. I smoke, drink, and eat junk food. I always feel ill. I have asthma, eczema, hayfever, ibs and depression and ive reciently had glandular fever. I'm also very overweight. Im HOPING that this fast will give my body a break aswell as help me clear my mind and lose some weight. I'm looking to regain control of my life by eliminating all my addictions. I will be posting on here daily when i start my fast, hoping that it will give me the motivation to stick to it. Please comment to keep me motivated - I'm gonna need it lol xx
