i will measure my weight everyday and record it here.\
I am pretty determined to lose wieght now. I have taken a stop to all activivities with my onlie focus being exercise and weight loss. so for breakfast today I sorta ate what i wanted. I ate one otak and 2 buns. not very much actuallie.
What i want to learn frm this experience is self restriant and that anything i set out to do i will accomplish it. i WANT TO BE A PERFECTIONIST. MEANING WONCE I SET MY MIND ON SOMETHING, ILL NEVER TURN BACK. u know what i mean.
actually, I was 33 once. it was like the peak of my life where everything went on well. and i was very happy, popular, partying everything. but sudeenly things started turning bad. my grandma passed away, my parents divorced and i suffered from serious depression. exam streess overcame me too and i started eating like ive never done before. its was scary. well then i ballonnedd to 54 in 2 mths put on abt 50 pounds. idk how i managed to do that. but it was a shock for my frens family and neighbours. well i am determined to get back to my old self ever since
this honey diet doent stop here. once i reach my goal weight ill maintain it by drinking fruit juice fruits and water for another 200 days.
butt will worry abt that later. haha
well today im going to be doing kickboxing lift some weights and dance in the morning. rest for an hr or so then do yoga to the night. wish me luck.
