Day 2
I have to pray today for not only strength to make it through, but also faith. Matt 17 says I only need faith the size of a mustard seed to do great things and to see great things happen in my life. Do you remember how small a mustard seed is?

I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."[a]

I slept like a log last night! Even this morning I found it very difficult to wake up! Its not that I even feel tired now, but I'd love to go back into the warmth of my bed. I'm trying to figure out how many days until I don't feel like eating anymore. So far all I have thought about has been food. LIke this morning, I woke up thinking all I want is an egg! I never eat eggs! So these cravings are annoying. I just want them to go away....

This means that If I can believe truthfully in my heart that this can happen for me, that I can change my life, that I can be happy and achieve the goal of fasting and prayer that I set out to do, I should expect (this is faith) that everything that I have hoped for will happen.
That's encouraging for today....
