Dream:
Caught one of the baby Hummingbirds in my hand,
maybe both of them.
I wanted to keep them, cage them.
There was a terrarium that has been sitting in the driveway
full of water and muck.
I put one in the terrarium. I could hardly see it.
It was in shock, floating in the dirty water.
Then, it took it out.
It revived.
It flew away.
I am One with that Hummingbird.
Vision Reviving This Morning.
Felt Major Blows to the Visions and Execution
that I have had the past week.
Shock and Disbelief Stage.
Grief Stage.
Was weary yesterday.
Then, took a hit from some of the stagnant energies around
the EGIF.
Enchanted Garden Intentional Community=EGIF.
Two other Red Alerts of Note:
Put a Ton of Life Juice into wanting to make something happen
for Earth Day in Balboa Park.
I was wanting to tie all the Spring EG Activities into one Flow
called KEEP THE "BEET." THE "BEET' ROLLS ON.
The World I see desperately needs to KEEP THE "BEET."
We are losing the BEET in San Diego, literally.
We are cut off from the Wisdom of our Elders who knew the BEET
and all it was meant to give each of us as a food.
Most of us are not in touch with a Growing Consciousness that
is in touch with how a BEET grows.
We have no sense of this Enchanted Garden Teaching:
Plant a Seed. Grow a Whole New World.
Plant a Seed. Grow a Whole New World.
That is a Gardener Consciousness.
Divide and Conquer. Work with the Pieces. Fragmentation.
These all come out of a Mechanics consciousness, cut off
from Nature's Original Technology (NOT)
With Nature's Original Technology, we are NOT in Touch.
We are making intense Advances beyond the a Mechanical View of the Universe.
Now we have a BioTech View, and behind the Scene we have
a NanoTech View.
This is NOT.
This is the Age of the COMPUTER.
We have Computer Tech.
We have a generation of Kids who are down at the Apple Store.
We know more about uploading Info into Apple Computers than
they know about uploading nutients into Apple Trees.
I am grateful.
Yes, the 1/3 acre here at the EGiF is unmanageable.
IT is Unmanageable by me the way it is.
It would not be unmanageable by a Community Consciousness.
I agree with N. We had a good talk last night.
It sounds like she wants to make a home for herself at this place.
A Comfortable Home.
I am not at Home here, not totally. It has taken me years to find
my bearing here. I am at home the Natural Growth here.
It is so very luscious. That only Revives the Hummingbird and keeps
her humming, and it Revives me.
But the Mechanic Consciousness has bred Clutter and stagnation here,
and allows for an onslaught of near invisible bug infestations in the basement.
Does the Community at Large need a place like this,
like the EGIF?
At least our Messes and our juicy flowering Apple Tree
are visible.

Where did I see that...
Gardener vs. Mechanics Consciousness?
Oh, now I remember, it is in this book
called Between HEAVEN AND EARTH by
a team. The woman once joined the Enchanted Garden Club.
Her name is Harriet Beinfield, L.Ac.
Co-author is Efrem Korngold, L.Ac O.M.D.
The authors explicate the different view of life inherent
in Chinese medicine by metaphorically
comparing the Chinese doctor as a gardener
to the Western physician as a mechanic.
Within this context, Chinese medical concepts
such as yin-yang, qi, moisture and blood, organ networks,
and the five phases emerge as images that readers can
understand experientially, not simply as cold abstractions.
From the book:
in the West the philosophy of science is based on the premise
that humans are separate from nature, and that the world
is like a machine, can be dismantled and reduces into
constituent parts.
In the Christianity of the new era, the realm of Heaven
existed outside of Nature.
The mechanistic view of nature led to the fixed and absolute
physical laws...
Within this worldview, nature and humans are machines
governed by mechanical laws, systems that do work,
tools of production. Western medicine...is the study
of how the human machine works.
The Doctor as Gardener:
Nature is one unifeid system.
The human being is a microcosm of Nature...
Humans are the juncture between Heaven and Earth....
the offspring of their union,
and fusion of cosmic and terrestrial forces.

I can see beauty.
