Day 3 Doldrums
Snoooooozing

I've only had 1 drink today. I know that it might be better if I had more, but so far I have had no desire to drink. Been feeling a bit sloth like and am just up from a nap. I didn't really need to nap, but I did anyway for some odd reason. Now, only now, am I starting to feel some hunger.
I was glad to read that other people watch the Food Network while doing this. Honestly, I have no clue why I do it. I did it with every other cleanse too. I watch it and think of all the cool ways I will edit their recipes to fit in with my needs and then end up not doing any of it when I go back to eating. Am off in a bit to the ultimate Food p 0 r n emporium, Whole Foods. Lemons. J's sister has scads of them on her trees, but he called her and she isn't around. So, I am forced to walk into the place of evil temptations. I shall run in, grab the lemons and run out. Holding my nose the whole time.
Listen, the lemonade really quells your hunger. I just drank some and am no longer hungry. Of course, a nice solid meal would really work too (I kid, I kid). The oddest cravings. I have been craving garlic, beets, those yummy French lentils and lettuce (dark leafy lettuce). Together in a bowl with drizzled olive oil. I have been pouring over curezone posts about veggie soup recipes others have used to break the fast. Plenty of time for that.
And, of course, my weight is down almost 4 lbs on this 3rd day of cleansing. Not that important to me as I am more concerned about breaking the fast properly (something I've never done before) and ramping my metabolism back up. The Master Cleanse has always slowed my metabolism way down in the past, but probably because I didn't break things right.
Good things: My headache is gone again (seems to pop up at night). My hayfever is gone (not a sneeze in sight). My mood is good!
