Day 4 of the Master Cleanse

I feel good, have lots of energy and I even ventured out to the grocery store to pick up some Senna Tea and more lemons.....I wasn't even angry about not being able to eat all of the yummie food that was in the store....I really didn't bother me one bit, which was a pleasant surprise.....
I woke up to a volcano sounding stomach of which I was sure that after my SWF that today would be the day that all of the good stuff would be coming out of my body....
But that wasn't the case....In fact I'm still bloated and I haven't lost any weight in fact I have to un-button the top button on my pants because I'm so bloated....
So, I decided to go to the store and I picked up some Senna Tea of which I promptly drank instead of doing my second SWF....I just feel that the salt is trapping everything in my body instead of expeling it......
My girlfriend on the other hand looks and feels great....All of her clothes are loose and she has lots of energy, which is great.....
All day today my stomach has felt tight and full as if there was a large rock sitting in my gut.....I wonder what that is all about?.....
That's it for today, not a lot to report other than we are going strong and looking forward to being at the half way mark tomorrow....YIPPIE.....
