Day 2 of the Master Cleanse
Day 2 of the Master Cleanse.
Date: 3/11/2008 2:17:57 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1961 times I'm happy to report that both my girlfriend and I have successfully made it to Day 2...
Immediately after blogging I threw away the left over pizza that was tempting me all day...Once that was gone, I made the final decision that we were going to complete our 10 day MC...
My girlfriend got home around 7:00pm and we immediately took our dogs for a walk...It's nice that the time change just occurred so it wasn't too dark...
Surprisingly enough neither one of us missed our beer or wine and to be honest we weren't really that hungry...
The hard part is feeding our dogs since we make them chicken and rice mixed in with their dry food for both meals....Unfortunately tonight I need to cook them another batch and the smell will be very tempting but it wasn't the end of the world this morning....
So, my girlfriend did the SWF this morning and like clockwork it cleaned out her entire system...
I did the SWF as well and it didn't really do much for me....Frustrating to say the least but I'm hanging in there...
I also backed off the cayenne pepper just a little bit and the drink tastes much better. I think I'm getting use to the taste as well, so that was a pleasant surprise this morning.
It's just after noon and I've almost drank my entire daily allowance of juice...I would never have thought this possible if you asked me yesterday but it's true....
Can a person drink too much lemonade in one day?.....I'm going to start drinking water next but I was curious what the most amount of lemonade is a person can drink in a day?
I'm not concerned about loosing weight on the MC, I mean of course it's a nice benefit but my goal is too give my digestive tract a break while really cleaning out my intestines and colon...
I sure hope that this part of the cleanse starts soon....
I'm off to the store to purchase more lemons and grade B maple syrup.....
