Departure Time?
This is not a usual year.
Looking at shifting my departure time.

Just got home.
It is the last glimmers of light
outside.
I went in for acupuncture.
I went to Aaron Brothers and picked up
a a few other size frames for the Sunflower Image.
I bought some of the wires that go with hanging the
largers frames. I stopped in a Target. I got an extra
Energizer battery charger to ease my nerves about this.
I replaced the old batteries earlier in the year. It was
like they all went down at one time, and the chargers.
Strange.
I generally have the OTA get me new batteries each year,
but this year I am not there photographer. They have
combined forces however with the Organic Center.
I am one of the photographers for that event that
follows the OTA reception.
The garden felt good walking down to the clothes
line and getting a few things off it.
I can handle this. Something soft.
I have been having a lot of stressful ideas
about this event.
Normally I would be charged up the night before
loading. I am more in a recovery mode from
Kidney Stone events of the last ten days.
I still likely have the Kidney Stones in me.
They are not causing pain. My energy is low
however. I normally get charged up with higher
proteins.
I went into WFM tonight thinking I would buy
a cooked chicken, but for the second time left without
one. This is a big change for me. My body is used
to feeding off this kind of protein energy.
I ate a bunch of raw cashews in the store and on the way home.
Elizabeth, my accupuncture intern, suggested I get some black beans
for protein. WFM had one 365 Organic with salt, and another 365
non-organic without salt. First I picked the first, then the second.
They put them both back. I was relieved to find the Eden Foods
had organic and no salt.
It is 7:28 PM.
I am pretty much ready for a rest.
I am toying with various plans.
This is not a regular year of preparation for
this Natural Product Expo West that is a highlight
a jumpstart for my year.
I generally go on Wednesday. That is my travel day.
I do not want to be spending the evening tomorrow night
alone in that motel. Generally, I am O.K. with this.
I am scheduled to pick up the Art Stand from Nicki
some time tomorrow.
I really don't have much preparation for this event
that I have done.
I usually have some kind of strategy.
I am not in touch with the strategy now.
My main strategy is paying attention to my body.
I generally count on my body to be there for me
when I do these shows. I can take liberty with how I eat
somewhat. Not this year.
Thursday is a Blow Out Fun organic day.
The OTA reception used to be on Thursday night.
Now it is an event on Friday.
I am not sure how much energy I am going to have
to walk the organic tent on Thursday.
I am not sure how much energy I am going to have
to attract in and interact with the Special People I already
know and see once a year.
This is a quandry.
How go up there and spend the money for the motel
Wed night?
What would it be like if I slept here Wed night
and went up Thursday?
Tolle talks about being identified with our success.
I place a heavy toll on getting up to this show
emotionally.
I do not want to confuse the pick up with Nicki
tomorrow.
I am going to call the motel now and see
what the deadline is for changing the plan.
Right now I need to eat.
Right now I need to rest.
