Vegetarian Works Best
Want to be careful of what I eat this week.
DId not do good on Salmon the other day.
Better on Vegetarian yesterday. Thinking about the days
ahead.

Attempted to go from
dead to alive on Saturday.
Came home feeling exhausted from a few errands.
I felt lousy. Maybe I hadn't had enough water to drink.
I felt I needed a kick start.
I went for higher protein, a can o salmon
from WFM. It wasn't a good choice.
I was just three days off fasting on juices.
I had a miserable night.
I started to get low back pain Saturday eve.
I was on Red Alert.
I could not afford a set back like this,
when I have such a conference this week.
I have been dealing with Kidney Stones since
Thursday, February 28. I have written that up
meticulously on this Plant Your Dream Blog.
More than Kidney Stones, I have had to look
at the conditions inside myself that precipitated
the Kidney Stones. Lots of despairing feelings,
depression, loneliness, consciousness of the need
for change. Lots of questioning of capacity
to pull things off.
Lots of pressure in my head stimulated by
my the primary co-owner of this property.
Pressure to buy or refinance. Not a good time
for this. I handled the pressure Friday night
with a good talk.
Vegetarian works best.
The Salmon, or whatever was in it,
did not sit well. I had a miserable night
and a headache most of yesterday.
I stayed Vegetarian yesterday.
I had some hummus at the FM with salad greens
on fresh tortillas. In the eve, I had some steamed potatoes
and more tortillas, and greens.
My energy started to come back last night.
Overdid it with the TV.
Stayed up too late.
Hungry now, this monday morning.
Having started to write about what I need to zero in on
the next two days.
I have to keep it simple.
First Things First
to get back into the Earth Plane.
1. Bank Deposit.
2. Haircut, bring my own hair washing stuff.
3. suit to dry cleaner.
Can I get my toe nails clipped????
What can I prep for the Expo????
I have to be very conscious about
going overboard and neglecting my Body.
This is not the Way I Do IT normally.
I get way into what I am creating
and count on my Body to take the Demand.
The Kidney Stones still in my body
are asking me to do something different.
Hungry now, tempted to go for
heavier protein. Concerns if I do that.
Will start with some fresh juice from
Apples.
Another part of me is anxious...
What were all the things I was thinking
this morning for the Expo????
1. Jensen contact with Ellen Tart Jensen.
Trade for services....flyers for NPEW.
2. Contact with Stephen...no energy from
flyer I made.
Will Postal Express be able to print something????
It would not work on Saturday.

Oh not a priority....
