What a fun place to be! Each participant in the camp, actually camps (in most cases) with sleeping bag and tent. And each particpant has a 15 minute prepared presentation on whatever's up with thme.
This is where the skin and bone of silicon valley actually talks with each othe rin the flesh.
You won't find Bill Gates here, these are young and coming .
This will be the next, and some already there, in the new technology.
Foo camp is a way to stay connected , Personally. Of course every one brings their laptop and wireless.
There is also a game that is played all night, or late into the morning. And complementary beers.
Much men, but some pretty impressive creative women.
The social venture network, a group of who's who in eco, venture capital, sustanable life, Steiner foundations CEO is a SVN board member. Along with other more mainstream "gree" organizations.
There needs to be a foo camp for venture capitalists.
