sorry hmmmm pre xmas fast is hard huh? sorry to all that have been viewing my blog, I really didnt keep it up did I well I got to 3 days and had no ill affects, wow this time of year is a real bad time for me to fast. we have a company with 80 or so employees and it seems they all want to invite us to xmas/thankyou dinners. I will get back on the fasting train this sunday 16th dec, and will fast till xmas day and then fast til new years. and then fast again. my jan fast will be for the entire month. thanks for your patients.
