Hi Leslie,
I am looking into this right now, here is a list...
Sage View Trading, Marc Doig, Lost packing shed, equipment, packaging, truck and fruit ready to pack. He was in the Rincon Area
Budwood Farms, Larry Nedeau, Lost house, greenhouses and grove and farm devastated in the Stewart Cyn area of Fallbrook.
Be Wise Ranch, Bill Brammer, unconfirmed but heard the packing area and new offices survived but he might have lost his home, will try to confirm.
Bailey Creek Ranch, Roger Sonnenberg, Lost power to cooler and fruit is not under refrigeration, could still be under threat.
Crop damage from the wind and heat loss of power or water have not been tallied to the farms not directly influenced by the fires.
There are several more I am not sure about that are in or on the border of the burn area.
Beck Grove in Fallbrook
Dennis Stowell in Ramona
I will stay in touch,
Robert

Made a few calls this morning to check on how some of the
local organic farmers are doing.
Joe Rodriguez Jr, of JR is fine.
He was at the Thursday market and will be at the Sunday HIllcrest
Market.
Phil and Juany Noble of Sage Mountain Farm had about $20.000 in wind
damage.
They have a lot of summer squash that is wind damaged, and other foods.
Phil would like to donate to a shelter, but there are no takers yet.

Both of these local farmers will be at the Sunday Hillcrest Farmers'
Market.
Please make an effort to come out now and support your local organic
farmer.
