I have been getting deep messages for
well over a month about the necessity
to make Lifestyle Changes.
My left hand has been hurting for
about ten weeks. It may be tendons.
It may have something to do with arthritic
pains coming in. The pain and stiffness
appears to be computer related.
It also appears to be diet related.
I have been focused on the preparing to do
the Pacific Symposium '07.
We are in fires here in San Diego.
The house is in the middle of a lot of them.
Someone called the other day to say we were surrounded
by fires.
Yesterday I went out for the first time.
The air quality here at the Enchanted Garden
is ten times better than it is five miles down the road
where there are fewer plants.
Plants produce oxygen, remember?
The last two days I am getting tingling in down my legs.
I forgot I had a condition like this last year for many months.
It finally went away. I am being alerted:
I can't sit as much as I would like.

Dr. Jensen taught.
Eight hourse for work.
EIght for re creation--family, social, eating, etc.
Eight for sleep.
I do not live that way.
Our bodies are our results.
They are an expression of 8 8 8
balanced living.
Today, with this air quality,
I am not sure how bad this natural disaster is
here in San Diego, where I hear one of three houses are burned.
There are a lot of displaced people.
There are a lot of things being burned that NEVER
belonged in building materials.
Have you stepped into a Home Depot lately?
It smells like a chemical factory.
Can you imagine all those building materials going up in smoke?
Can you imagine what is in the eyes now causing irritaition and burning?
The Persians, in their heyday as gardeners
had a philosophy of life that honored the various elements.
They invented a Chess Like board that had cards
named by various things...Szekely had a deck that showed this...
such as Pure and Impure Air...
One Card was the Preserver....
This is an Archeytypal Expression at the Core
of Principles that bring 8 8 8
and Balanced Living.
In San Diego today, and likely where many of you live,
we have invented a new Card that has nothing to do with 8 8 8.
We have developed the Developer Card.
Developers make $$$$.
They keep the Economy going.
They do not take into account,
unless they are Green Developers
who are Feng Shui sensitive
what the Fall Out will later be.
My eyes and the eyes of a lot of people
are not reaping something big.
I am not sure how much of a natural disaster
this is right here in San Diego that is surrounding
this Enchanted Garden with its Mini portable Enchanted Garden
on a table in the backyard.
I would thing it would be a good idea for you
to consider starting to grow your own food,
even one container full.
I am saying this because
each of us may be asked now to remember the
Preserver.
The Preserver preserves a natual relationship to the elements.
I confess, I have been living my life as a natural disaster.
If enough of us do this, live our life unnaturally,
out of balanced with 8 8 8
we get lots of $$$$ possibly, but what is the cost?
Just this much typing is hurting the bones in my left hand.
