Play a new game.
Had a good counseling session with
Judith last night.
I was describing panic attack around
new learning on Imac.
This is shame based early childhood
issue that comes from abandonment.
She was reiterating fantasy meditaition
to spend time with inner family.
The patterns can be shifted with skills.
They do not have to continue.
A person can express adult activities while addressing
these suppressed feelings.
Listen to what the inner kid is saying.
Find fantasy images to give what he wants.
I want to get into my preparation fo the Pacific Symposium 07
without the fear levels, and lesteem issues that prevent me from
taking on what needs to happen to ensure creative success.
I have breakthroughs every year.
This year feels difficult because of recent computer crash
that is bringing up learning disabilities I am doing new things.
I do not have to do it alone.
An adult reaches out to get the help they need.
They do not struggle, attempting to solve problems.
It sounds like a paradox.
I "try" to do things I am not good at often.
I do not ask for help where others could do this better.
Example:
Spending time recalculating the Cox Cable bill.
This would take me hours and stress. I would be saying
all the while, this is a waste of time.
Today, I went down to Cox Business office
to return something.
IT was amazing
how quickly a math skilled person could handle the calculations
and give them to me.
Identifying again my inner archetypes...
The tyrant...
The Little Hitler
The kid that gives up and makes messes.
Important to develop the healthy archeytpes
inner mother and father that are present for kid.
I have lots of work I have done on this in
"The Rebrith of Mother Earth."
The key is going in and doing the work
not just giving it out attempting to get needs met.

Students...focus what are they eating....
Educating them to support local farmers.
Whole Foods displays....
Healing arts conference...
Whole foods success....
Do not allow arrested development and its
emotional fallout to limit my success now.
Get deeper into understanding the patterns....
Doing too much.
Setting up for failure....
