Joy in this day

Yesterday, I was feeling out of sorts. Yet after having a colonic done, I felt much better! Now I do not know if it was 'stuff...critters, or the like' that was playing with my head except I do know, when I got off the table, I felt cheerful.

Thankfully, the feeling flowed over into today. I had a good day at work. There was very little annoyances and the couple that occurred left quickly!

I had my class this evening and so much Energy was stirring in and around me! I feel Joy, in this moment...and the many moments since early this evening. This is what I am searching for. Joy and Peace that surpasses all understanding. This is what I feel in this time.
