I'm back with another blog. In May of 2007 I journaled my 20 day juice fast and found lots of advice, support, and encouragement. It was a great experience so I'm sticking with what I know--kind of. This will be my first Master Cleanse. I've done my research and closely followed Seunim's journey of 24 days with the cleanse. He has a blog on cure zone called My Master Cleanse Journey and More. Great read!

The main thing that worries me this evening is my small (but completely overwhelming) addiction to triple nonfat iced lattes, and sugar free Red Bull. They have snuck back into my diet and regained their foothold. I am powerless without them and I really dread the withdrawal symptoms tomorrow. Headaches, lack of vibrancy, and general irritability. Why is it that I can say no to all sorts of bad things but allow caffeine to slide by? I know how harmful it is, but like to treat it as my very special vice. The only "bad thing" I do. That brings me to the goal phase of this blog.
1. Ditch the caffeine.
2. Regain control of my diet.
3. Cleanse. Cleanse. Cleanse.
4. Mental clarity.
5. Physical energy.
6. Spiritual refreshment.
Okay, off to make my first cup of tea. I'll be reading the fasting and Master Cleanse journeys of others tonight for inspiration. Love.
