One day down!
So everything went well yesterday. This morning I felt a lot lighter. But i didn’t want to weigh myself just yet. I’ll probably wait a couple of days until I weigh myself. Will check in tomorrow. visit the page day 1 17 y

Okay...so I had to go out of town for a while and it was hard for me to do the fast so I decided to postpone it. But tomorrow, I am definitely fasting for 30 days. I’m going to try mostly just water and tea. If I really need it then I’ll have a small cup of juice. So I’m still about 145 lbs and 5’4. At the end of my fast I would like to be 110 if that’s possible. Ultimately, I would later want to be from 100-110 lbs. So i guess we’ll see. Wish me luck! =] visit the page Day 0-Introduction 17 y

Hey everyone! So tomorrow I’m am starting day 1 of my attempt to complete a 30 day water fast. If I get too weak then maybe I’ll have some fresh veggetable juice. I’ll be trying to exercise everyday with walking and toning exercises. So I’m doing this because I want to get my life back. In the last year, I got caught up in disordered eating habits and instead of losing weight I gained! I gained about maybe 20 pounds. I was devastated and got very depressed. But now that I have stopped compulsively and emotionally eating, it’s been difficult for me to lose the weight.
