The guy that started PayPal made a car
Oh boy did HE!
And lest we all forget what made US great, it is commerce
Instead of whining about oil prices, insinuating the illuminati presidency and oil,
Ladies and Gents, here’s how it’s done
If this is a viable technology it will filter down into ”normal” models- the ones we non Ferrari drivers drive. I saw a big throaty red one last week- it made me tingle- of course the guy had a cell phone plastered to his head when I ... read more
House of 1000 Mirrors 18 y
A parable, a fractured flicker, a cautionary tail
Long ago in a small, far away village, there was a place known as the
House of 1000 Mirrors. A small, happy little dog learned of this
place and decided to visit. When he arrived, he bounced happily up
the stairs to the doorway of the house. He looked through the doorway
with his ears lifted high and his tail wagging as fast as it could.
To his great surprise, he found himself staring at 1000 other happy
little dogs with their tails wagging just as fast as his. He smiled a
great smile, and was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and
friendly. As he left the House, he t ... read more
Art 18 y
embodied is my favorite, and on canvas, but especially as action and service
Art is prayer made visible
Music is prayer made audible
Dance is prayer embodied
But the greatest art we practice
Is the art of compassion
Which is prayer in action and service

Loving U, by U 18 y
Hmmm, The addiction to the attributes that soceity deems valuable may not be of value to the average human-
Loving ourselves represents the unknown. We are not familiar with love and how it feels to be loved or what is involved in being loved or loving others. Love is experienced as an unknown, correlated with loss, impending hurt, and destruction, as opposed to gain, happiness, well-being, and new life.
Having lost our sense of trust and security in ourselves, we place our value and security in possessions, attitudes, and behaviors. Examples include our emotional dependence on money, sex, status, work, status of partner and friends, perfection ideals, good deeds, group validation, exceptiona ... read more

Some Potential Attitudes of Illness 18 y
This is a great shift for personal responsibility from feeling like illness choose me rather than me choosing it
Six Steps to Discovering the Meaning of Your Illness
First Step. Express your intention to explore and transform the attitudes and behaviors that are contributing to your illness. This means engaging your illness directly and exploring its psychological meaning. Examine the feelings, thoughts, and actions that were part of your life before you became ill and that may have prompted your health problems.
Second Step. Call up an image in your imagination that represents your illness or pain. What does this image say to you? It might say, for instance, ”I’m the part of you that feels r ... read more

Divine Virtues 18 y
Is this truly possible?
Grant us an understanding heart,
Equal vision, balanced mind,
Faith, devotion and wisdom.
Grant us inner spiritual strength
To resist temptation and to control the mind.
Free us from egoism, lust, greed, hatred, anger and jealousy.
Fill our hearts with divine virtues.

Ah, dear nature, the mere remembrance, after a short forgetfulness, of the pine woods! I come to it as a hungry man to a crust of bread.

Kitty Nirvana is eating all the food for all the other kitties- I guess that really isn't in the spirit of Nirvana, huh? From the Nirvana in a Nutshell series
Nirvana is not an I subject
This is why so many people throughout the centuries have sought after it
but have not obtained bliss
You can not want Nirvana (huh?)
That is desire (Oh)
You cannot choose to pursue Nirvana
That is working toward the unobtainable..got it
You can not deserve nirvana (shoot)
That is egotism
You can not demand Nirvana
That is lust
Nirvana is
when you are not (oh yeah)

Confidence in Kitties 18 y
The animals provide living lessons
I have 4 kitties- 2 16 pounders, 1 8 pounder and a tiny grey striped girl kitty.
I watch as they play together eat together- all but the little girl are from one litter.
They are very competitive...but all know Scout is the alpha.
The alpha male, if you will. He struts through the house fearlessly and eats any food that was too slowly partaken.
He must be tempted off the window sill when it is time to lock up the house with a treat- otherwise he will just look to me with apparent unconcern that I am shutting the window on him. Now that is trust.
The Self assured tend to trust ... read more

An ephiphanal paradigm shift of Earth and me
I was speaking to an old friend recently and he began to lead me through a series of perceptions that began in the larger cosmos and lead to earth.
And he being old and wise, and very connected said to me-while I sat at his knee-
It’s not about you and me or anyOne else- It’s about Earth
She is the healer, and she will heal herself at the cost of man if we do not align with our true purpose as shepard of all that has been given
He thinks me a child but I think he knows better!
And I shifted the perception of I
And He and Me
What did I see?
I am here for the Earth
