Haseeds, a new spiritual movement, was founded
this past weekend at the WHOLE BEING WEEKEND.
The name came out of a joining of minds
between the Great GURU YOGI BEYONDANANDA
and KEEP The BEET MEDIA Star, the
World's First Talking Beet Plant.
For both the YOGI and the the
World Famous Beet, it was love
at first sight. No biting of the beet
you want to grow is the first tenet
of the new Religion.
THE GREAT WATERING--KEEP THE BEET MEDIA STAR,
THE WORLD’s FIRST TALKING BEET PLANT,
RECEVES WATER FROM FAMED YOGI BEYONDANDANDA.
Out of their meeting came a new Spiritual Movement,
the HASEEDS. Barefoot women dancing Rebbe’s twirling with
potted beets shall become its logo. May the ”beet”
return to Earth. Amen.

Wow!!! How exciting!!!
My mind is brewing up a Whole Lot of New Ideas
this early morning, for the ENCHANTED GARDEN
Fall 2009-2010 Campaign!!!
My head is tired, but it feels really good
to have a reason to get out of bed this early morning!
Here’s the story:
I have been feeling near brain dead for about a month now.
My persistent diarrhea finally got to be big time.
Maybe it was the combination of things:
1. Intense Heat here in San Diego the last two weeks
causing dehydration and heat prostration.

Someone was driving me.
I left a window open on my computer form
the WESTON A PRICE FOUNDATION.

I was feeling discouraged yesterday.
Ranges of emotions about not being able to go

I am in a mental fog.
Some kind of chronic fatigue.
Is it a virus?
I do not know what is wrong with me now.
I am going to have some blood tests run,
to take sure I am not contageious.

That's what my counselor is saying.
I am looking at making the stopping
of this diarrhea by #1 priority now.

I got read the Riot Act last night.
Had a counseling session with
JUDITH LARKIN RENO, my dear old friend
and ally.
She is very concerned about my persistent diarrhea.
Diarrhea has been ongoing for near a year, come
this Fall Equinox.
The counseling sessipn turned into a dream
this early morning. I was pursuing a regimen
that did take part of her advise:
Staying in bed for five days.
She was adamant that I stop this diarrhea
and turn to conventional means.
The idea is that my norm for bowel regularity
has become a spasmotic bowel.

Went through the motions today
of various things I would do if I go to the
WHOLE BEING WEEKEND.
I am fighting off deep feelings about this.
In general, I feel betrayed by my body.
I am use to it coming through for me
in a pinch. This has not been the case.
Yesterday, I missed an event. I was too tired
to go.
Tofay had acupuncture,
then, went to O.B. PEOPLE’s for lunch
and got a few supplies including
ELECTRO-MIX, an electrolyte replacer.
GOt Up early this morning, and took
the EG MOBILE down to MIKE’S FOREIGN AUTO REPAIR.

Just got a call from RICK BERRI
of MAGIC GARPET CLEANERS.
I was thinking of him last night
while I was sleeping.
I worked in the basement an hour
and may have had a reaction.
I want to begin with asking CHEF JEM and ANNA
for timing to pick up stuff from the floor
so we can come in.
We have has a history of buglife down there.
It is not as bad as it has been.
Oh, he could suck out the stuff from behind the

Spent time going through negatives.
Then, went into the basement to store them.
Pulled out a few notebooks from past years.
Spent an hour looking at some of them.
So much of my life has been spiritually directed.
I am not in touch with that direction now.
This is no time to begin something new.

SALT PACK
To heat and ease the tension in various parts of the body
(still muscles, the abdominal area in case of diarrhea,
menstrual or intentional cramps, stomach cramps, etc.)
1. Dry roast one to one and one-half pounds of salt
in a stainless steel skillet until it is very hot
2. Wrap the hot salt in a thick cotton towel and tie
securely with string.
3. apply to the affected area.
4. Change the salt or reheat when it starts to cool off.
5. Save the salt, as it can be used for a salt pack again.

It is after 2 PM.
I missed a sweet little picnic
to draw attention to
an upcoming NUTRITION BILL.
I was planning to go to this for weeks.
I have been in a panicy state today,
taking a lot of intermittent naps.
I have seen days before like this.
My energy has been really low
today. Persistent diarrhea is catching up
with me, and ghosts of emotions
that I have put aside.
I feel like I am under the spell of

and really not settled into it.

It is past noon.
