Yeah so, I’m jealous he has a family. How childish of me to desire attention so much. Don Miguel Ruiz teaches that we learn to struggle for attention at such great lengths because those that name themselves to be authorities - teachers, parents, older brothers and sisters, members of the church, ect. - demand our sole attention and obedience when we are children. My roommmate and I have the majority of fights just because I’m a phobic about him bringing his kids to the house. -Why-? Why am I so angry and agitated at people younger than me by 2 years? If he even mentions that he may have them come over, I have an anxiety attack, start yelling at him and insulting him, and I have to leave the house RIGHT THEN, even if it’s 14 degree weather. I’ll opt to sleep outside.
I am so fuq’d up.

I am so lonely!!
I had a fever last night - even though the house was 56 degrees I was sweating. Sleep was torture. I took Lapis’ advice to just ’ride it out’. It really does help tremendously instead of exercising fear.
I’m so so so happy to report that I have absolutely no inclination to eat whatsoever. Actually, food is a bit repelling. It’s a wonderful feeling to not obsess over food!!

All by myself

3 nights
completely, absolutely alone with no transportation.
Save for 1 hyper puppy and a cat that hides.
Then why do I feel so sick after I accepted?

I’m feeling very very dejected.
Drank tons of fresh watermelon juice today.. very cleansing, but I still preformed some actions that probably aren’t very good for my health.
Went out to try and go running tonight - I got maybe 5 houses down before I became extremely dizzy and out of breath. After that I tried a few more times, and I ended up having to drag myself home. -Walking- was such a chore and effort. At one point I just sat on the sidewalk and cried [where a very caring kitty comforted my frustration by keeping me company].

Often what we see in life we view as truth, when it’s really just an illusion.
If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one color, pink.
However if you stare at the black ”+” in the center,
the moving dot turns to green.
Now, concentrate on the black ”+” in the center of the picture.
After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating.

Today the food processor broke. This is the 4th appliance and 7th electronic device to break in the last week and a half.
First it was the main work laptop - it’s still broken.
Second is the gas in the house. It’s been cold showers, hanging out our clothes to dry in the sun, and using portable coil heaters to boil water. - Still no gas.
