Hi all - never written a jouranl before - let alone a blog - so please forgive me if I ramble a bit and my spelling mistakes!! My IBS symtoms started about 2 years - and where I have been lucky (I’ll get on to that later and heres how I came across this product) - a friend wasnt so fortunate - she suffered terribly.
