Started day 4 planning to fast.
Had to go to a lunch meeting - so I got the only thing on the menu that was semi- liquid: 2 vegetarian soups: lentil soup and vegetable soup.
At night I ate some noodles and had a chocolate bar craving - and ate one.
The weird thing is that this morning my weight continues to freefall. I just weighed in at 148! Weird! So I guess I will continue my fast. visit the page

Weight: 153 lbs.
Consumed: about 2 Litres of various juices throughout the day (carrot, watermelon, pear, green cabbage, red cabbage). Plus had some clear veggie broth at night. visit the page
