KHIYAR BI-LABAN
Cucumbers in Yogurt
A simple, refreshing salad.
3 cucumbers
2 cups of yogurt
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
pinch of dried mint- optional.
( you also can add a few sliced tomatoes but needs to be served immediately!
Mash garlic with salt in bottom of a bowl. Mix in yogurt. Peel cucumbers and dice them into thick squares. Fold them into the yogurt.

What I wish is.... to raise the sealed wine in celebration.
To gaze at pure white rivers of Holy milk flowing abundantly.
