Day 4 10 y
Today is day 4 of my fast, I feel very tired and sleepy. I walked a lot yesterday. So far I do not have any major detox crisis.
I remind myself everyday I fast, that each day I am getting healthier and doing something positive in my life. I do get really bored and find that I have lots of spare time.
I have decided to blog every other day, for the reason I don’t have any major changes or symptoms from fasting yet. Physically I feel great, I feel a lot lighter on my feet. Day 3 10 y
Day 3 is almost done. I feel really good, I do not feel bloated any more. I still do have some hunger pangs, but it’s nothing I cannot handle.
I did take some laxatives last night, I just felt like I needed a BM to feel comfortable. So day 3 went pretty good. I decided to weigh myself on day 7 or 8.
I hope everyone is doing good on their fast, just stay strong and let the body do what it knows best.

Day 2 is almost ending, I feel great. I do have hunger pangs and a mild headache. I pretty much slept the whole day today. I might go for a walk in few minutes.
I know that it will take at least 7 days or so for the body to fully switch to fasting mode. I am very excited about this fast and enjoying everyday. visit the page

Not giving up, going to fast until I regain health
I just finished day 1 of my fast, I have been struggling very hard to start the fast. I was not mentally prepared to start the fast. But now I think I am ready.
Day 1 has ended and I had very strong temptation. My mind was telling me, just eat and start tomorrow. This time I was determined not to let my addiction to food take control. I am going to trust god and let him guide me through this fast. I just found time was going by very slow today.

Today is day 1 of my fast. I am done with my pre-fast and ready to do my water fast. I am very excited about this fast. I know this journey is going to change my life. I am going to try to blog daily of my experience.
I find that I am really bored and don’t know what to do. I am on vacation now. I thought maybe tomorrow I am going to start gardening, maybe plant some fresh vegetables and roses. I think I can kill sometime by working on the garden.

Pre-fast 10 y
I know I was suppose to start my water fast few days ago,But I was really busy. So, I am on vacation as of tomorrow and I am ready to start my water fast.
Today is my pre-fast and I stopped eating at 11:30am EST. I live in Canada and spring has just started and the weather is warming up. I think spring is the best time to fast.
What did I eat on my pre-fast?
For the last 2days I have been consuming lots of fruits and veggie and reducing meats, grains and dairy.

entry before the fast
I have decided to start a water only fast tomorrow. I am fasting mainly to lose weight and become more close to GOD. I believe fasting will help me with self control and give me a chance to do some soul searching.
I was not always overweight, but due to traumatic event in life, I turned to food for comfort. I have done lot of research and read many articles from soil and health.
Goal weight for this fast: 195
