I have been doing great, lost 12 pounds so far, though I know some will come back. I am going to do a liver flush tomarrow, so that may stir things up a bit bu... visit the page Day 4 14 y
Day 4 of my new years cleanse
Things are going good, I have lost 2 pounds Today I had a small salad, I am still taking parasite herbs and trying to alkalinize at the same time, I want to do a liver flush on the full moon.
