Day 1, again!
So I need to fix me!
My fast ended on day 11, not a failure, but well... it ended, period.

Day 8

End of Day 7
Some ear popping, and some back pain, but the worst problem is the fatigue.

This journey is just getting better and better. No stiffness today, but some pain in my back.

Day 5
Today I woke up pretty stiff in my hips and middle back, tongue was very coated, but all in all I feel great. Neck is still pain free, and range of motion is 100%.
