The one thing I am gonna miss is flavor of things. I'll suck ice cubes for something to do with my mouth. My teeth already feel kinda icky, like sorta sticky.

So I start tomarow. First three days will be juice fasting. On the thrid day of my juice part I will only have 16 ounces of juice and work into full water.

My brain is already telling me to stop the nonsence and stay where I am at. Well, I refuse. I plan on starting my water fast within the next couple weeks.
So the time has come when I really see the signs in my life.
I think it's time for some long term detoxing. A fast. It sounds so ominous but I know my body is crying out "HELP!"
