Day3 still going.

Not really hungry. No real change from day2 besides that when I find myself bored I want to eat. Even though im not hungry. visit the page

Some strange dreams. Not craveing food but, I dream of it..lol

This morning started with a bang...lol My stomache hurt so bad, and I had a pretty big bm. Last night I had some really crazy dreams, some were about people past which was cool, I havent dreamed ... visit the page

I was be fasting atleast 2 weeks(14days) hopeing to extend to 30-50 days, as long as my body holds out, listening to my own bodys cues of when it is finished.… more...
