Well today is the day before my juice fast, and my birthday. 2 weeks ago I attempted a juice fast to kick start weight loss as I am really unhappy with how I look and feel. I have a terrible relationship with food. I am a healthy eater, but not in control of binges. I have binged my way up to an extra 20 pounds and am just unhappy with looking and feeling the way I do.
