Blog Description

This blog will detail my journey to health. As of right now, this is the healthiest I have been. My skin looks good, my hair is growing faster and spots that were once bald are now growing hair (thanks to Saw Palmetto, Biotin and a happy life). However, I know there are a lot of toxic chemicals, parasites, emotions, etc. inside of me that need to be flushed out.
