Blog Description I am to undertake a 10 day master cleanse (first time) starting on the 25th September.
This originally started as a plight to loss weight in a short space of time. I have come to realise, there is a lot more to it and this perhaps will help me work towards a TRULY healthier me for the first time in 8 years having continuously battled with eating disorders. |
