Blog Description

I have Candida and for the past 2 weeks, I've really gotten strict with it. I am on a fruit-only diet along with a urine fast (yes, I'm doing both at the same time.. it couldn't hurt!) I in the past had thought I had cured my Candida, but I was very wrong.. as I had horrible reactions to the food I ate.

Yesterday I saw how easy an enema was to perform, so I went to the local drug store and got an enema bottle and did the coffee enema. Then a urine/Primal Defense enema. It went well I guess, but nothing really came out.

So this morning I awoke and did a coffee enema w/ clarkia + grapefruit seed extract, then a few minutes later did a pure urine enema.. then 5 hours later I did a Kefir/PD enema.

3 hours after doing the Kefir/PD enema, I pooped out huge amounts of gunk and blobs of white mush which has been identified as candida. Then I did another Urine Enema just for maintenance and to see if anything else would come out. This time I stood on top of my head for 5 minutes, then
