Blog Description This is my blog to document my day-to-day implementation of Dr. Hay's standard OJ fast. This was inspired by The BAREFOOT Herbalist and many of his followers on his forum (a special thanks to him and other helpful people I've met here on Curezone). I may experiment with my own variations so stay tuned and read what happens. It could be full of crazy adventures or be an utter failure. Stay tuned.
